Open Google Sheets -> Extensions -> Add-Ons. Search for G-Accon and install G-Accon for Xero. Accept all required Google permissions.
Select Xero Sign In menu to establish secure connection between Google Sheets and Xero. You can connect multiple Xero entities. Use the Switch Company menu option to navigate between your companies/clients.
Select G-Accon for Xero -> Reports -> Standard Reports -> and choose from available reporting templates. Select the desired parameters such as date range, number of previous periods, Accounts, Location, Classes, etc. Click execute to save template and generate report.
Select Create Workflow to schedule Automatic Data Refresh (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) and Email notifications for multiple recipients. You can also set up Alerts based on your business criteria.
